Say\u0131s\u0131 14220<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0130zin kullanma d\u00f6nemleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Madde 3 \u2013 \u0130\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekilleri,bu y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 10 ncu maddesinde s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen izin kurulu veya 18 nci maddeye dayan\u0131larak bunun yerine ge\u00e7enlere dan\u0131\u015fmak suretiyle i\u015fyerinde y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen i\u015flerin nitelik ve \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re,y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izinlerin, her y\u0131l senenin belli bir d\u00f6neminde veya d\u00f6nemlerinde verilece\u011fini tayin ve bunu i\u015fyerinde ilan edebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1475 say\u0131l\u0131 i\u015f kanunu\u2019nun 49.ncu maddesinin (b) ve (c) bendinde belirtilmi\u015f bulunan izin s\u00fcreleri,ayn\u0131 kanunun 52 nci maddesi uyar\u0131nca taraflar\u0131n uyu\u015fmas\u0131yla, bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc 12 g\u00fcnden a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olmamak \u00fczere,ikiye b\u00f6l\u00fcnebilir.Bu durumda i\u015fveren i\u015f\u00e7iye 7 g\u00fcnden fazla \u00fccretsiz yol izni vermeye zorlanamaz.Ancak i\u015f\u00e7i isterse toplam\u0131 7 g\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7memek kayd\u0131yla s\u00f6z konusu \u00fccretsiz izin hakk\u0131n\u0131 2 b\u00f6l\u00fcmde kullanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u0130zin iste\u011finin zaman\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Madde 4 \u2013 \u0130\u015f\u00e7i yukar\u0131daki maddelere g\u00f6re hak etti\u011fi y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli iznini kullanmak istedi\u011fi zaman\u0131,izin hakk\u0131n\u0131 kazand\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten sonra ve s\u00f6z\u00fc edilen zamandan en az bir ay \u00f6nce i\u015fverene yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u0130\u015fveren veya i\u015fveren vekilleri bu istekleri y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin 10 ncu maddesinde s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en\u201dizin kuruluna\u201d veya 18 nci maddesinde belirtilen ki\u015filere bildirir.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>R.G tarihi 19.6.1972 \u00a0 R.G.
